Baillie Gifford in Dublin is seeking an experienced Designated Person for Regulatory Compliance (PCF-39F) to lead day-to-day oversight of the regulatory compliance framework. You will liaise with the Central Bank of Ireland and work within the Group Compliance function to ensure Irish and EU regulatory obligations are met.

Formación

• Extensive regulatory compliance experience in asset management or fund management.
• Previous Designated Person for Regulatory Compliance (PCF-39F) or equivalent role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and EU frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID) and outsourcing/delegation rules.
• Proven experience in governance reporting and board interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the regulatory compliance framework for BGE.
• Provide regulatory advice to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee the Compliance Monitoring Programme and escalation of material findings.
• Coordinate regulatory responses with the Central Bank of Ireland and maintain board visibility.
• Manage breach, incident and issue processes and maintain oversight over delegates.
