The Roost in Maynooth is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will take ownership of a specific section, ensuring dishes are prepared to a high standard while upholding food safety and hygiene practices, and assisting the Sous and Head Chefs during busy service.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Currrently residing in Ireland with full right to work.
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Roost on a full-time basis. You'll take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard, maintaining food safety and hygiene practices, and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy service.

About the role

• 2+ years previous experience as a Chef de Partie essential
• Must be currently residing in Dublin, Ireland and have full right to work in Ireland
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a genuine passion for great food
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
