Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is seeking a highly organised Care Coordinator to join our Blanchardstown team, coordinating care schedules and communicating with carers, clients and families. The role supports daily delivery of person-centered homecare services.

The successful candidate will manage rotas, maintain records in OneTouch, and collaborate with Recruitment and Compliance to onboard carers while ensuring compliance with HIQA and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling/coordination experience.
• Strong planning and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily and weekly care schedules, ensuring client visits are covered.
• Maintain regular communication with carers, clients and their families.
• Manage rota changes, cancellations and staff availability.
• Ensure accurate records on OneTouch care management system.
• Support onboarding and allocation of new carers with Recruitment and Compliance teams.
• Respond promptly to queries from carers, clients and families.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with HSE requirements, HIQA standards and Right at Home policies.
• Identify staffing concerns and scheduling issues and escalate to management.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
