Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is hiring full-time and part-time Home Care Assistants to support clients in Ireland. Location: Kildare Town | Newbridge. The role focuses on personal care, independence, and social engagement, with a strong emphasis on dignity and respect.

We offer a pay rate between €14.15 and €17.00 per hour, flexible hours, and paid training. Awards, progression opportunities, and a refer-a-friend scheme are part of our recognition program.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience and empathy are essential.
• 2 QQI Level 5 modules in care are required.
• Up-to-date Patient Moving & Handling training may be needed.
• International Police Clearance if applicable.

• Supporting independence and social involvement.
• Maintaining dignity, privacy and respect at all times.
• Reporting issues or changes to the manager.

Required Competencies and Training

• Experience providing care (desirable)
