Qualifications

• 2 years baking experience required.
• Knowledge of dough handling and hygienic practices.
• Ability to work as part of a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix dough using established recipes and methods.
• Shape, portion, proof and bake dough-based products.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures and product quality.
• Prepare ingredients required for daily production.
• Maintain consistent presentation and portion standards.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised baking area.
• Monitor ingredients and assist with stock rotation.
• Work with the kitchen team to complete daily production requirements.
