Responsibilities

• Oversee check-in and check-out, guest relations and complaint resolution.
• Manage housekeeping, maintenance and suppliers; schedule and supervise staff.
• Control operating budget, revenue and costs; report monthly to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and accommodation regulations.
