Qualifications

• 3+ years in restaurant management or supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of bar, floor and kitchen operations.
• Proven experience managing and motivating teams.
• English and Spanish speaker.
• Strong understanding of food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
• Experience creating content and growing engagement on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Solid financial and stock management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest experience.
• Manage bar operations, including stock control, ordering, cocktail and drinks menus, and licensing compliance.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team on menu planning, food quality, costing, waste reduction and food safety (HACCP).
• Recruit, train, schedule and mentor staff.
• Control budgets, labour costs, margins and weekly reporting.
• Plan and run the restaurant’s social media strategy: content calendar, photography, promotions, community engagement and reviews.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
