Job summary

NBC Global Finance Limited – Dublin seeks a Front Office Developer to design, build and support trading tools used by the trading desk. You will work directly with traders to capture requirements and translate them into robust solutions.

You will automate desk processes, apply AI techniques, and deliver high quality, well-tested code with reliable operations. A hybrid work model is offered.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain front-office tools, analytics, and workflow applications for the trading desk.
• Partner directly with traders to capture requirements and convert ideas into robust production solutions.
• Automate repetitive desk processes to improve speed, control, and scalability.
• Apply AI-enabled techniques where useful (workflow intelligence, data extraction, anomaly detection, and decision support).
• Deliver high-quality code with robust testing, monitoring, and operational reliability.
• Provide day-to-day support for desk tooling, including incident triage and fast issue resolution.
• Perform business analysis across trading, risk, and operations workflows.
• Take ownership of applications and processes end-to-end, from design through support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards, release practices, and documentation.
