Fanatics Betting and Gaming is hiring a Staff Engineer in Trading Engineering. You will design and build real-time, event-driven systems that power risk and trading operations, partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast‑growing sports tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and deploying scalable, high-performance applications.
• Strong experience with C# and cloud platforms (Azure a plus).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work in entrepreneurial, high-growth settings.
• Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD) and test-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance event-driven systems.
• Analyze complex problems to improve performance and scalability.
• Write modular, testable code aligned with quality standards.
• Support product lifecycle from concept through deployment and operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Quant and Engineering to deliver reliable applications.
