Job summary

NYX Hotels is seeking a Reception Supervisor to support the smooth running of the Front Office and to supervise daily operations. You will work with the Front Office Manager to motivate the team and ensure memorable guest experiences across the hotel.

The role requires enthusiasm, pace, and a commitment to service excellence within the Leonardo Hotels portfolio. You’ll be an ambassador for the NYX brand and Leonardo Hotels, participating in training, wellbeing initiatives, and cross‑department

As Reception Supervisor you'll be the backbone of the team as you'll be working with the Front Office Manager to inspire and motivate your colleagues, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us.
