Job summary

NYX Hotels is part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio and seeks a Room Attendant-3 to support the Head Housekeeper and ensure bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and well-presented for guests. The role offers flexible working conditions with opportunities for overtime and full training to build confidence in delivering high standards.

You’ll work in a vibrant hotel team, contribute to smooth housekeeping operations, and help create memorable guest experiences in line with company standards and values.

• Dusting, polishing, vacuuming
• Refreshing of all towels and linen as required
• Stripping and making beds
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Reporting any maintenance issues and safety hazards

NYX Hotels is a part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio. The Room Attendant will support the smooth running and objectives of the Housekeeping department. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.

As a Room Attendant, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to support the Head Housekeeper and keep our hotel clean as a whistle. We offer flexible working conditions with the opportunity for overtime. Full training will be provided so that you are confident to ensure that every bedroom and bathroom is clean and well-presented for our guests.
