Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort, part of the Windward Management portfolio, is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest service at the hotel’s front desk in Ireland. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, assist guests with enquiries, and support nightly security and lobby upkeep with a courteous, professional approach.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer service setting and the ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Available to work night shifts through the week, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work five days per week.

Aufgaben

• To complete duties as requested by the Front Office Manager.
• Completing Front Office Receptionist duties
• Completing Check-ins & check-outs following hotel procedures
• To ensure security checks are completed on a nightly basis
• To promote a helpful and professional image at all times and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, with a prompt caring and helpful attitude
• To ensure all room service calls are handled quickly and efficiently
• To maintain the upkeep and appearance of the lobby and main hotel entrance
• To perform light cleaning of the hotel entrance by picking up litter and emptying ashtrays & sweeping
