Job summary

Radisson Blu Cork is seeking a friendly Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage smooth check-ins/check-outs and assist guests with queries in a fast-paced Front Office environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience; hospitality experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude, warm personality, and genuine passion for guest service.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalised service.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs and reservations using hotel systems.
• Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Assist with billing, payments, and daily cash procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to ensure an outstanding stay.
• Maintain the lobby and front desk areas to brand standards.
• Support the Front Office Manager and wider team as needed.
