Part-Time Opportunities Available
Department: Reservations
Reporting to: Reservations Manager
Located in the heart of one of Ireland’s most vibrant cities, Radisson Blu Hotel Cork is renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences. As part of The iNUA Hotel Collection, a proudly Irish-owned hotel group recognised as a Great Place to Work, we are committed to investing in our people, developing talent, and creating career pathways across our portfolio of hotels.
Our team is passionate about service excellence, collaboration, and creating a welcoming environment where both guests and colleagues can thrive. We are now looking for a Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering seamless booking experiences for our guests.
As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests. Your role is to ensure every reservation enquiry is handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine hospitality.
You will manage bookings across multiple channels, support revenue optimisation, and work closely with the Front Office and Revenue teams to maximise occupancy and guest satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with front office or reservations experience who wants to develop their career within hotel reservations, revenue management, or hospitality operations.
No two days in reservations are the same. One moment you might be assisting a guest planning their perfect Cork city stay, and the next you could be coordinating with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless arrival experience.
Your day may include responding to booking enquiries, managing room availability, assisting with group reservations, and ensuring all guest requests are captured in the system. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across the hotel to ensure every guest’s journey – from booking to arrival – is smooth and memorable.
At Radisson Blu Cork, we believe that great hospitality starts with great people. When you join our team, you become part of a supportive culture that values development, collaboration, and excellence in service.
As part of The iNUA Hotel Collection, you will have the opportunity to grow your career across multiple hotels and departments, while gaining valuable experience within one of Ireland’s leading hospitality groups.
This role is also an excellent career stepping stone into Revenue Management, offering exposure to room inventory strategy, booking patterns, and hotel performance.
We are proud to offer a range of benefits designed to support our team:
