Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a French-speaking Technical Support Engineer in Dublin, Ireland, to deliver world-class technical support for Cloud products. You’ll manage issues in our CRM, coordinate with partners, and drive timely resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong Java knowledge, relational database experience (Oracle/MS SQL), and fluency in French with excellent English. A Bachelor’s in CS or related field is required, with 1+ years in supporting critical software

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Oversee the technical support lifecycle from issue reproduction to resolution.
• Coordinate with regional partners for proactive support and enablement.
• Follow up on actions promptly with attention to detail.
