Job summary

Amazon Leo Enterprise Customer Support in Ireland is seeking a Support Engineer fluent in French to diagnose and resolve advanced satellite network issues. You will analyze performance data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and document solutions for our knowledge base.

The role may require rotating shifts; based in Cork or Dublin, you will handle escalated cases, contribute to service restoration, and ensure high customer satisfaction through precise technical guidance.

Qualifications

Fluent in French (speaking, writing and reading).
Experience with RF fundamentals including carrier operations, link budgets, and satellite ground equipment.
Background in L3 NOC operations with on-call support.
Experience in teleport operations or military SATCOM environments.
Knowledge of multi-band and multi-feed antenna configurations, including ACUs and remote monitoring.
Understanding of AWS Networking concepts and services.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex satellite network issues with methodical analysis.
Drive technical cases to resolution and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Develop and document technical solutions for the knowledge base.
Provide advanced technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
Monitor service performance and ensure customer satisfaction during escalations.
