Job summary

Amazon Leo seeks a fluent French-speaking Support Engineer to join the SATCOM Technical Support team in Cork or Dublin. You will diagnose complex satellite network issues, analyze latency, jitter, and packet loss, and drive cases to resolution on an onsite rotation schedule.

You will document solutions, contribute to our knowledge base, and provide expert guidance to customers and internal teams while coordinating with cross-functional groups to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Italian? (Note: keep language consistent)
• Speak French fluently and read/write in English.
• Experience in network and operating system support.
• Experience with DNS/DHCP/TCP and network troubleshooting tools.
• RF fundamentals and satellite ground equipment knowledge is a plus.
• Background in NOC operations with on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Handle onsite support and rotate shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Analyze performance data (latency, jitter, packet loss) and configurations to restore service levels.
• Develop and document technical solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Provide advanced technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
