Job summary

Harding+ in Ireland seeks a French-speaking Retail Sales Associate to sell premium brands onboard cruise ships. You will live and work at sea, travelling to international destinations and creating memorable guest experiences.

You bring a strong retail background, exceptional face-to-face service, and a passion for luxury products. The role offers accommodation and meals on board, visas, bespoke training, and up to six months contracts with breaks between contracts.

Qualifications

• French speaker with excellent customer-focused selling skills.
• Strong retail background and experience with premium or luxury products.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service and communication skills.
• Motivated, sales-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Living and working on a cruise ship, travelling to various global destinations.
• Create exceptional and memorable retail experiences for guests on board.
• Maximise sales by promoting a quality range of products through in-store events.
• Develop detailed knowledge of products and brand culture.
• Exceed sales targets and participate in promotional events.
