Job summary

Harding+ is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Retail Manager to lead the onboard team and drive sales performance for luxury guests. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, deliver exceptional service, and ensure profitable operations at sea.

This contract role offers accommodation and meals on board, visas and seafaring documents, and in-house training from our central office. Contracts run up to 6 months with a 1–2 month home break between itineraries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager (ideally with experience at sea).
• Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.
• Motivated in leading a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills.
