• Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable shopping experiences
• Drive sales performance through product launches, events, and personalized recommendations

• Build relationships with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with asset protection guidelines

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in retail or hospitality (luxury experience a plus)
• Proven sales track record and business development skills
• Passion for guest experience and the hospitality/retail industry
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to retain product knowledge
• Positive attitude, open-minded, and eager to learn
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and POS systems

Requirements

• Able to travel and live/work onboard a cruise ship for 6-month contracts
• Willing to work 7 days a week, up to 77 hours weekly
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skillsReady to participate in safety and emergency drills
