Job summary

Harding is seeking an enthusiastic Chanel Beauty Advisor to join our onboard cruise retail teams. You will promote Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests from around the world, delivering personalized service and expert demonstrations on board.

You will live and work at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with supply of training, visas and seafaring documents provided. A competitive salary with commission and on-board accommodation are key benefits of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong retail/beauty sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with premium beauty brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and work on a cruise ship, promoting Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance.
• Perform full makeovers and demonstrate techniques to guests.
• Provide personalized product advice based on skin type and preferences.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assist with stock control, merchandising and event planning to drive sales.
• Create a memorable onboard retail experience for guests.
