Job summary

Covalen, a long-standing BPO provider, is seeking an Inside Sales Executive for the North American market who speaks French. Based in Dublin, this permanent role supports supplier finance programs and works with clients across industries.

You will collaborate with procurement, treasury, and finance teams, onboard suppliers, and drive revenue growth while aligning with Covalen values. Working hours are 2pm–10pm, with hybrid arrangements and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a client-focused environment.
• Strong communications strategy and style.
• Experience with best-in-class dedicated client service preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service (33% sales / 66% project & account management).
• CRM experience would be an advantage.
• Salesforce experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and rollout supplier finance sales programs with sponsoring clients.
• Sell, follow up, and onboard suppliers to the Supplier Finance program.
• Build a robust active program pipeline and track items moving to closure.
• Discuss pricing and contracts and negotiate pricing rates if required.
• Support the process to ensure supplier documentation and KYC/Due Diligence is performed.
• Manage regular meetings with clients to track progress and needs.
• Provide feedback and collaborate with internal Client teams on prioritization and planning.
• Gain exposure to corporate clients across industries and internal trade teams.
• Execute successful onboarding sales and marketing programs.
• Develop in-depth understanding of Supply Chain Finance product.
