Job summary

Covalen is hiring a Community Operations Analyst for French to join our Dublin onsite team. You will support the client’s community, resolve inquiries empathetically, and stay current with product and community standards.

The role requires flexibility for a 6pm–2am shift, strong English language skills, and a proactive, data-minded approach to improve user experience while maintaining high-quality support and compliance with the client’s terms.

Qualifications

• Fluent in market language and English.
• Cultural understanding of the market.
• Experience in working in an office environment is preferable.
• Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working.
• Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience.
• Flexible in working in a fast paced environment with different projects.
• Eligible to work in Ireland full time (Stamp 4 or Irish citizenship or European).

Responsibilities

• Assist our client’s community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time.
• Become and remain knowledgeable about client’s products and community standards.
• Make well balanced decisions and advocate for our community.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported on the client’s platform, including account support.
• Enforce terms of use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
• Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
