Job summary

Teleperformance in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Multi Channel- Quality Expert Reviewer fluent in French to join our onsite team. The role requires evidence of content moderation experience and involves 40-hour weeks with shifts from 7am to 10pm, Monday through Sunday.

Training is 4 weeks on site in Dublin, and the position is permanent. The successful candidate will work in a fully office-based environment, with a strong emphasis on policy adherence, quality reviews, and escalation handling.

Qualifications

• Experience as content moderator is required.
• French language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the quality review of client workflows.
• Moderate content per policy including violence, self-harm, hate speech, nudity and other categories.
• Assist with ID review and authenticity checks and escalations.
