CHANEL Dublin at Arnotts is seeking a Team Leader to partner with the Account Manager, overseeing the Fragrance & Beauty counter to drive sales and deliver memorable client experiences.

You will lead and develop a small team, train on product knowledge and selling skills, build strong client relationships, and ensure CHANEL brand standards while aiming to exceed counter targets.

Responsibilities

• Build the account by achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing the business to increase sales volume and productivity.
• Play an integral part in building CHANEL’s portfolio of clients through data capture in line with the brand’s expectations.
• Take responsibility for driving the sales contribution to the overall performance on the counter.
• Lead by example, motivating individual as well as team performance to reach/exceed set targets, demonstrating and encouraging reliability and flexibility as the business demands.
• Train and direct the team efficiently, organising motivational and informative team meetings and briefings regarding products and procedures as appropriate.
