Job summary

Aspects Beauty Company Limited is seeking a part-time Fragrance Sales Consultant to support Brown Thomas, Dublin. You will promote, enhance and maintain the company image while delivering outstanding customer service and building product knowledge across luxury fragrance brands.

The role offers a 3-day, 22.5-hour week on a seven-day rota with commission-based earnings and product allocation after a qualifying period; life assurance and workplace pension may apply.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment.
• Passion for fragrance, beauty and luxury brands.
• Flexibility to work weekends and late finishes.

Responsibilities

• Sell fragrance/beauty products to hit individual and account targets.

Primary Objectives and Main Role

Key Responsibilities And Standards

• Sell Fragrance/Beauty products to achieve required retail individual and account sales targets set by the company.
• You must be able to develop outstanding product knowledge to take into account all the different brands you will working with.
• Achieve sales targets and deliver a total brand experience.
• You must provide exceptional customer service where traffic stopping is key.
• Communicate information to the Line Manager when required.
• Maintain company standards including excellent grooming at all times.

Job Requirements

• Previous sales experience in a similar industry working with sales targets.
• A passion for fragrance, beauty and luxury brands.
• Flexibility, as hours will include weekends and some late finishes.
