Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Skincare Specialist at Arnotts Dublin. The role focuses on personalised skincare consultations, storytelling, and service-led experiences to connect clients with the CHANEL brand.

You will mentor colleagues and support counter growth through events and clienteling, driving exceptional customer service and sales. The position is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with a 5-day in 7 schedule, based at CHANEL Arnotts in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Strong skincare knowledge and passion for client experience.
• Experience in a client-facing retail environment.
• Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and create memorable experiences.
• Comfort with hosting in-store events and driving sales through service-led experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert skincare consultations and personalised skincare advice.
• Provide storytelling and service-led experiences that connect clients with CHANEL.
• Mentor colleagues and uphold best-in-class client service across the counter.
• Support business growth through events and clienteling to expand client portfolio.
