HireForce, in Dublin, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its growing finance team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the CFO, involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects, and a chance to develop strong commercial and analytical skills within an international business.

You will work with senior leaders to analyse revenue, costs, margins, and key performance indicators, support financial planning, and contribute to business case evaluations while building your career

Qualifications

• Degree in related studies with strong academics.
• 2+ years' experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular financial and commercial performance reports.

Financial Analyst - MNC - Reporting to CFO

HireForce is working with a MNC to recruit a Financial Analyst to join its growing team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to develop their career in a commercially focused role with direct exposure to the CFO. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll gain hands-on experience across financial analysis, business performance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects, helping to provide the financial insights that support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare regular financial and commercial performance reports

About You

• Candidates who are part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA are encouraged to apply, although a professional accounting qualification is not essential
