Job summary

HireForce, in Dublin, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its growing finance team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the CFO, involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects, and a chance to develop strong commercial and analytical skills within an international business.

You will work with senior leaders to analyse revenue, costs, margins, and key performance indicators, support financial planning, and contribute to business case evaluations while building your career

Qualifications

• Degree in related studies with strong academics.
• 2+ years' experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular financial and commercial performance reports.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins and key business performance indicators.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Assist with financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and financial information for the CFO.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities across business operations.
• Work with finance and operational teams to gather and analyse financial data.
• Support commercial evaluations and business case analysis.
• Assist with cash flow analysis and financial planning.
