Job summary

Réalta Technologies is seeking an Automation Engineer to support a pharmaceutical production facility in Cork. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience with Foxboro DCS or similar systems and will handle PLC programming, HMI development and SCADA tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in pharma/biotech.
• Experience with Foxboro DCS or other DCS (DeltaV, 800xA, PCS7).
• Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI development and SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of automation design, process control and instrumentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication when interpreting design documents and relating them to code.
