Job summary

Nooks.ai is seeking a Founding Solutions Engineer for the EMEA region, based in Dublin with remote flexibility. You’ll own technical discovery, demos, and trial strategy while shaping how we win technically in the EMEA market.

You’ll build processes, collaborate with the founding GTM team, and craft a repeatable motion that scales with regional buying practices. You’ll have an established global SE foundation to adapt, with ownership of regional playbooks, assets, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying or technical sales background.
• Experience supporting EMEA customers and navigating regional buying processes.
• Builder’s mindset: create a process, test it in live deals, and improve it without waiting for a complete playbook.
• Sales-first instinct: treat trials like pipeline and focus on win rates.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders, including CROs, CTOs, and VPs of Sales, independently.
• Technical curiosity and sound reasoning: understand how systems connect and uncover requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win across EMEA from discovery to close.
• Lead territory development with the founding EMEA GTM team.
• Create an EMEA-specific SE motion with discovery frameworks and trial plans.
• Connect technical discovery to business outcomes with measurable value.
• Lead prospect trials as primary technical contact and monitor health.
• Coordinate with internal experts on integrations, security, data handling, and procurement.
• Build the regional operating foundation with reusable assets and automation.
• Translate customer needs into actionable feedback for Product and the global SE team.
• Help shape future SE growth in EMEA and onboard new teammates.
