Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You will partner with a Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and drive adoption, delivering real code and measurable business impact across multiple accounts.

You will work on AI-powered development, front-to-back delivery, and continuous innovation, with mentorship and opportunities to lead complex deliveries in the future.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience is required.
• Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Able to engage with sales teams and customer architects.
• Ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
• Willing to travel ~25% and work with customers.
• Greek native speaker + English full proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and adoption.
• Own end-to-end components from architecture to production.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake, Databricks, and Salesforce Data 360.
• Create agent performance dashboards and KPI reports.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs for quick deployment.
• Partner with customers and partners to share best practices.
