Sysco Ireland is seeking a Food Safety Officer (Ready Chef) in Dublin to reinforce our commitment to safe, high‑quality food production. This role focuses on maintaining robust food safety standards across the site and supporting continuous improvement.
You will implement HACCP and BRC requirements, conduct audits, manage quality records, and collaborate with teams to ensure food safety and compliance throughout all production processes.

The role requires a strong candidate who can ensure that the reputation of the business is maintained through implementation of robust Food Safety Standards.
This is an evening shift role and the successful candidate will be required to work from 3PM to 12AM 5 days per week (weekend availability is essential as this roster is 5 over 7)
