Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny is seeking a Food & Drink Assistant to maintain high standards in breakfast and lunch service, greet guests, and ensure accurate setup. You will contribute to guest satisfaction with attentive service and a collaborative team approach.

The role requires flexibility to work weekdays and weekends in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to upsell and participate in a dynamic hospitality team.

• Candidate requires availability during weekdays and weekends.
• Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are important.

Responsabilités

• Deliver consistent standards of excellence in Food & Beverage, including breakfast and lunch service.
• Meet, greet and serve guests to Radisson Blu standards.
• Ensure precise setup and attention to detail at all times.
• Handle guests' requests effectively and timely.
• Upsell products and services of Harvey's Point.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas, inside and outside.
• Maintain a positive attitude in all areas of the workplace.

Role/ Responsibilities
