Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food & beverage role is desirable.

Role:

As a Food & Beverage Server, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable and seamless dining experience. You’ll take orders, serve food and drinks with a smile, and go the extra mile to make each meal special.

Main Duties:

• Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally
• Offer recommendations on menu items and daily specials
• Ensure tables are set up and cleared efficiently before and after service
• Handle guest requests and feedback in a polite and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with events, functions, and banquets as required
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage role, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease
• A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A team player with a passion for providing excellent service
