Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver friendly, efficient service to hotel guests. You will receive training through our Dalata Academy and meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, you will work in a welcoming environment with opportunities for development and internal progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexible in working hours including mornings/evenings & weekends.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Regular guests are greeted by name and.Seriously attend to guests.
• Maintain good knowledge of food and wine and make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Serve guests with food and beverages.
