Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is currently seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests. You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager.

You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to learn important skills, meet experienced team members, and grow within the company. We promote from within and value a friendly team environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is essential.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings/evenings & weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet regular guests by name and provide friendly service.
• Have good knowledge of food and wine and make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant; serve guests with food and beverage.
