Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to support service in our hotel restaurant and bar venues. You will be trained through the Dalata Academy to learn essential skills and grow within the company.

Join a team that promotes from within and fosters a supportive atmosphere. Fluent English, experience in high-volume settings, and weekend flexibility are preferred as you contribute to guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is essential.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings/evenings & weekends.
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Greet regular guests by name and provide friendly service.
• Know food and wine; make recommendations.
• Be courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.

Food & Beverage Assistant

You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to help you learn important skills. You will also meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

Your Job:
