Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. You will be trained through the Dalata Academy and have opportunities for growth within the hotel. The role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, delivering friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.

We encourage internal progression and offer development opportunities, with a supportive, inclusive workplace and team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Bar experience is essential.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings/evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine and be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Served guests with food and beverage.

Food & Beverage Assistant

You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to help you learn important skills. You will also meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
