Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our hospitality team in Ireland. You will provide friendly, efficient service to guests and help upsell offerings while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, you will gain experience through our academy and have opportunities to grow within a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Fluent English and flexible availability including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is essential.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends.
• Micros experience preferable.
• Experience in hotel environment preferable.

Responsibilities

• Greet regular guests by name and provide friendly service.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of food and wine and make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Serve guests with food and beverage.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

Your Job

What You’ll Need
