Radisson Blu Hotel Athlone is seeking an Experienced Food and Beverage Assistant focused on supporting meetings and events. You will ensure smooth F&B services and guest experiences across events, with emphasis on set-up, service, and upselling.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably within a hotel setting.
• Availability to work full time hours.
• Proficient in bartending & preparing drinks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a dedication to exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A flexible approach to scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures is a plus.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of all food and beverage services for our valued guests.
