Job summary

Brandon House Hotel in New Ross, Co. Wexford, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B team and uphold our high guest-service standards. This permanent, full-time role offers an opportunity to drive hospitality excellence within a well-established 4-star property.

The successful candidate will oversee operations, plan rosters, train staff, and collaborate on growth initiatives while working a flexible schedule in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage role, preferably within a hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across departments.
• Experience in training, development, and process improvement is advantageous.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Alkimii and Guestline is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead food and beverage operations in collaboration with senior management.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards.
• Assist in planning, team coordination, and maintaining departmental excellence.
• Collaborate to increase sales, profitability, and innovate F&B initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage role, preferably within a hotel
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise across all departments.
• Knowledge of training and development processes, with qualifications such as Train the Trainer, Level 7 Hotel Management and HACCP considered advantageous.
• A proactive approach to service delivery, problem-solving, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as Alkimii and Guestline is a plus.
• A passion for customer care, hospitality, and continuous improvement.
