Job summary

The Hardiman in Galway is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our restaurant team and deliver outstanding guest service. You will oversee service setup, greet guests, and ensure the smooth running of shifts while maintaining brand standards.

Key focus on developing team, managing busy service periods, and collaborating with the wider hotel operations to drive guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, creative problem solving and ability to prioritise workload.
• Experience in busy environments and meeting tight deadlines.
• Good time management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; another European language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all areas of the restaurant and ensure set up for service.
• Meet and greet guests and oversee service flow.
• Ensure efficient and smooth running of service across shifts.
