Job summary

The Hardiman in Galway City, Ireland is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead restaurant operations on-site. You will supervise service setup, greet guests, and drive excellent guest experiences in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in Ireland.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, creative problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
• Experience of working in a busy environment and working to tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team to meet immovable deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills/time managementAttention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
• Experience of producing and manipulating reports.
• A flexible approach to work and openness to assisting the operation from time to time.
• Fluency in English plus one other European language would be advantageous.

We are currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join the team as a F&B Supervisor and continue the longstanding tradition of the highest customer care, attention and service at The Hardiman. We require a talented Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our team to deliver excellent service to our guests. This will include supervising all areas of the restaurant including ensuring set up for service, meeting & greeting guests and ensuring the efficient and smooth running of service.
