Job summary

BuJo in Sandymount, Ireland, is seeking a part-time team member to deliver friendly, efficient service in a casual burger joint. The role is on-site with an average of 20 hours per week, paying €13.50 per hour.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is preferred to cover peak times and busy periods. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Preferable experience in customer service in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability: evenings and weekends incl. 7 days per week.
• Hospitality/food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Check with customers at their table or waiting to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks accurately and on time.
• Take orders at the till and operate online ordering platforms.
• Ensure cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant and bathrooms.
• Set up and close down the restaurant per management standards.
• Take responsibility for cleaning equipment and ensuring no parts are lost.
• Maintain clean as you go throughout the day.

to serve, with preferable previous hospitality and/or food service experience.

Flexible availability: Open 7 days per week (Evening and weekends included)

Part- time position paid per hour

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet our guests with a smile and engaging, providing excellent customer service at all times, following the BuJo Customer Experience training.
• Checking with customers at their table or waiting, looking after their experience from the arrival until leaving the store, seeking for feedback to ensure every guest enjoys always the same experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks 100% accurately and on time.
• Take orders at the till and operate our different online ordering platforms.
• Ensure cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant and their bathrooms at all times.
• Set up and/or close down the restaurant following the standards agreed by the management team.
• Take responsibility when cleaning equipment and don’t lose any parts.
• Clean as you go, taking the opportunity to clean continually throughout the working day and making cleaning part of your daily routine.
