Key Responsibilities and Duties

Food Preparation

• Prepare, cook, and present all food items correctly and efficiently to the standards outlined during your training.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines as per your training.
• Be open to learning different skills and responsibilities.
• Take the necessary steps to ensure that all food preparation equipment is used correctly.
• Set up and close down the restaurant to the standards agreed upon by the management team.
• Take responsibility when cleaning equipment and don’t lose any parts.
• Clean as you go, taking the opportunity to clean continually throughout the working day and making cleaning part of your daily routine.

Hospitality and Customer Service

• Greet our guests with a smile and prepare food and drink orders quickly and 100% accurately.
• Understand and operate our online ordering system.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Ensure that every guest always enjoys the same experience when visiting BuJo to ensure their loyalty.
