Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Donabate, Co. Dublin, Ireland, seeks friendly Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team, delivering breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks with a warm, professional service in a busy hotel setting.

Youll set up and clear restaurant, bar and function areas, assist with meetings and events, take orders, process payments and maintain clean F&B spaces while working midweek shifts and collaborating with the wider hotel team.
