The Quays in Galway is seeking an experienced Floor Operations Manager to run the Front of House during evening and late-night service, ensuring a smooth, safe, and immersive experience for guests and staff.

You will oversee crowd flow, licensing compliance, and liaise with sound/stage teams to keep the night running on schedule. Irish hospitality experience essential.

Contract Type full-time with a €26.00 hourly rate. Location: Quay Street, Galway.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory/management role in Irish hospitality or nightlife.
• Irish Hospitality Experience essential.
• Public Relations or Marketing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations during evening and late-night service.
• Manage crowd flow, capacity and licensing compliance during live sets.
• Maintain a safe, orderly indoor environment during performances.
• Liaise with sound/stage teams to keep the night on schedule.
• Assist with end-of-night reporting.
