Job summary

The Louis Fitzgerald Group operates iconic pubs, restaurants and hotels across Ireland, including The Quays in Galway. We are seeking an experienced Floor and Guest Experience Manager to lead Front of House, ensuring a safe, immersive and hospitality-driven experience for guests and staff.

You will manage evening and late-night FOH operations, oversee crowd flow and licensing compliance, coordinate with sound and stage teams, and contribute to end-of-night reporting, drawing on 5+ years in Irish

Qualifications

• Irish Hospitality Experience essential.
• 5+ years in a supervisory/management role in Irish hospitality or nightlife.
• Strong leadership under pressure, good judgment with difficult situations.

We're looking for an experienced Floor and Guest Experience Manager to run the Front of House at one of Ireland's most iconic late-night bar and live music venues. The Quays in Galway is a landmark late-night bar right in the heart of the Latin Quarter, famed for its Irish hospitality experience and as one of the city's most iconic music venues.

You'll oversee front-of-house operations during evening and late-night service, ensuring a smooth, safe, and immersive experience for guests and staff.
