Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist experience in a premium or luxury brand.
• Proven people management experience with conflict resolution.
• Effective communicator with relationship-building skills.
• Team player who recognises and celebrates contributions.
• Able to adapt quickly and maintain pace in-store.
• Energetic, authentic presence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high standards of service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product and merchandising functions and store results.
• Communicate daily sales goals, KPIs and results to staff.
• Hold ‘one minute meetings’ to review performance and provide feedback.
• Execute best practices in Customer Service, Store Operations, Loss Prevention and POS.
• Achieve personal sales targets: budgets, sales per hour and units per transaction.
• Communicate with Store Manager about competitors and community information.
• Focus staff on building relationships with customers.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Analyse store reports and create action plans to improve results.
• Manage operational issues with Store Manager; perform M.O.D duties.
• Open/close the store and manage floor activities.
